About Our Family Farm 

Sundrop Springs is a first generation farm owned and operated by the Williams family. This 22 acre farm is located in New Braunfels - just a few miles from historic Gruene, TX. The land is home to a small herd of goats, ducks, chickens and a beloved donkey named SweetPea. Madelyn and her two daughters, Bridget and Norah, take care of the animals and the old farmhouse. Tucker is the driving force behind all the attractions and seasonal events that will entertain the community for years to come.

Our Focus On Agritainment

Sundrop Springs’ focus is on agritainment. The farm hosts an annual Fall Festival and, in 2024, the 1st annual Christmas Gathering. The Williams’ family vision is to continue to make Sundrop Springs a place for families and friends to gather and celebrate. Sundrop Springs is perfect host birthday parties, family gatherings, educational school events, corporate events or private parties.
